Sunday, Sept.27, 2009It's the day after the big storm that hit Luzon in the Philippines. Badly damaged by the continuous rains is Metro Manila, especially Marikina Valley. I got stranded in school (Ateneo) till late evening because the road outside was flooded till evening. Picture taken by a friend shown above, Interestingly, during the heavy rains yesterday I saw one small white butterfly fluttering to find refuge in one of the old giant acacia trees. Today, there were more fluttering butterflies at the flower garden of Mary, near the college chapel.
