Sept.27, 2009So many residents trapped in flooded homes are going hungry and without adequate warm clothes. Especially, those who have been in rooftops for the second night. One subdivision had 18 residents drown inside their homes where the waters reached ground ceiling level. Praying that the rains stop and the waters recede immediately.
