Been a while since I've blogged. Have been busy w/3 classes, including one with Macao students. Have also been busy teaching at the Police and Armed Forces Colleges. The above pic was taken when Ray and Marcia and Carolyn visited us in 2002. Cheers.

Last year, Norman and I went to Hanoi for a short holiday. It was our last trip overseas together. We enjoyed it thoroughly. I managed to attend Mass at the Hanoi Catholic Cathedral, which was packed with faithful devotees. This pic shows us in front of the old Presidential Palace within the vicinity of Ho Chi Minh's Monument and Masouleum. Godbless.

Break in Davao City

Was in Davao last week for 3 days to attend our fair trade partners national conference. It was a great break for me because Davao is a laid-back progressive city, full of fruits, flowers and food. Had a nice dinner w/my former students at a local joint specializing in fresh seafoods.

Memorial Day 2009

This is the first Memorial Day where I shall include Norman in my special prayers for the dearly departed servants and handmaids of God. My prayers and remembrances also go to his parents Woody and Melba, his relatives, my departed family members and friends. Godrest them all and we pray for a happy reunion in God's time. Peace,

Uploaded this Peace Corps Nepal 2 Group picture of Norman's reunion last year because it was one that he really liked very much. He even enlarged it the Sunday before he died. Well, to his memory and delight, it will be immortalized in this blog.
